Joey O'Brien has flown under the radar for a hot minute – you might've seen him pop up in the Sabotage videos, or in previous Chris Mulhern projects – but his days bound to the underground are numbered. Joey delivers 9 minutes from the top drawer for his new video part, with a penchant for the Philadelphia Municipal Building and its surrounds, which cop the shutdown treatment from every angle. It almost sounds crass in the current climate of non-stop video content, but this one has all the makings of a genuine classic, and deserves to be remembered beyond the usual two days we give most Thrasher parts. Congrats, Joey. This one's a favourite.
