FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

BOARDWORLD offers free shipping on all orders within Australia. No matter what you order or where you live in Australia, we have you covered. There is no minimum purchase to receive free shipping. This is just one of the many ways we look after our customers.

We also offer a flat rate upgrade to express shipping for $9.95 (not available for snowboards).

Most orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Snowboards are sent via courier with tracking. Shipping is fast and secure. Some small-sized and low-value orders are sent via regular post. Orders are nearly always dispatched within 24 hours of your purchase.

We keep you informed every step of the way, and you can contact us at any time to check the status of your order.

Please contact us for a shipping quote to other parts of the world. The cost will vary depending on where you live and what you’re ordering.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer express shipping to New Zealand (2-3 days) for orders under 2kg for $14.95. If your order weighs more than 2kg, we might contact you with a new shipping quote.

For all other international orders, please select "International Shipping" at checkout. We will get back to you with a discounted shipping quote. More information.

International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.

 

RETURNS POLICY

WRONG SIZE OR FIT

If an item you have purchased does not fit properly, you may swap it for another size (if available), swap it for another item, or receive store credit (no expiry date) — the choice is yours.

BOARDWORLD offers free return shipping on full-priced and member-priced items, provided the total value of your order is over $99.00 and you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. If your item was not full-priced or member-priced, or your order was under $99.00, you may still return the item, however, return shipping is at your cost. In both cases, when you swap items or use store credit, BOARDWORLD still offers free shipping back to you.

All items must be returned in brand new condition, with original packaging, and all tags attached.

Exclusions to this policy: snowboards, skateboards (decks and completes), skateboard trucks, skateboard wheels, griptape, surfboard leashes, board bags, goggles, sunglasses, underwear, hats, beanies, facemasks, belts, and socks.

FAULTY ITEM

We are an authorised retailer of every brand we carry. Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. If a product is faulty, we will follow the warranty procedure for that particular brand. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with an item you’ve purchased. We will cover the return shipping for 30 days after purchase. Your item will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded if there is no replacement stock available.

UNWANTED ITEMS

Unwanted items or gifts can be returned for 30 days from purchase date for store credit (no expiry date), however, return shipping will be at your cost. If you want a cash refund instead of store credit, we will also deduct the original shipping cost from the final refund.
