FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

BOARDWORLD offers free shipping on all orders within Australia. No matter what you order or where you live, we have you covered. There is no minimum purchase to receive free shipping. This is just one of the many ways we look after our customers.

We offer an express shipping rate of $9.95 to NSW and ACT, $14.95 to VIC and QLD, $19.95 to SA, and $29.95 to WA, NT & TAS. Express rates are higher for orders including a complete skateboard. Express shipping is not currently available for snowboards.

Most orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Snowboards are sent via courier with tracking. Shipping is fast and secure. Orders are nearly always dispatched within 24 hours of your purchase.

We keep you informed every step of the way, and you can contact us at any time to check the status of your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now offer an international flat shipping rate of AU$29.95, as well as an express shipping rate of AU$19.95 to New Zealand. We will ship your order to almost anywhere in the world (within reason: see below).

The flat rates quoted above do not apply to snowboards. If you're ordering a snowboard, you will see a discounted shipping rate to your country. We always strive to offer the best international shipping rates possible. Please feel free to contact us if you want a shipping quote before placing a snowboard order.

In the rare case that the cost of shipping is abnormally high (due to a remote location or excessive weight), we will contact you with an updated shipping quote. You will then have the choice to pay the balance or receive a full refund if you prefer.

Some countries have import duties which you may or may not be subject to. Each country is different and the laws are regulated locally. It is important that you understand your country's import regulations before making any purchases from overseas.

International returns are available, however, return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

WRONG SIZE OR FIT

If an item you have purchased does not fit properly, you may swap it for another size (if available), swap it for another item, or receive a store credit (no expiry date) — the choice is yours.

All items must be returned in brand-new condition, with original packaging, and all tags attached.

Exclusions to this policy: snowboards, snowboard boots, skateboards (decks and completes), skateboard trucks, skateboard wheels, griptape, board bags, goggles, sunglasses, underwear, hats, beanies, facemasks, belts, and socks.

* We don't accept returns of Mystery Packs unless faulty.
* We don't accept returns of snowboard boots. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We are an authorised retailer of every brand we carry. Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. If a product is faulty, we will follow the warranty procedure for that particular brand. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with an item you’ve purchased. We will cover the return shipping for 30 days after purchase. Your item will either be repaired, replaced, or credited if there is no replacement stock available.

 

UNWANTED ITEMS

Unwanted items or gifts can be returned for 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (no expiry date), however, return shipping will be at your cost.

All items must be returned in brand-new condition, with original packaging, and all tags attached.

Exclusions to this policy: snowboards, snowboard boots, snowboard bindings, skateboards (decks and completes), skateboard trucks, skateboard wheels, skateboard bearings, griptape, surfboard leashes, board bags, goggles, sunglasses, underwear, hats, beanies, facemasks, belts, and socks.

* We don't accept returns of Mystery Packs unless faulty.

 

REFUNDS

We don't offer cash refunds for returns or cancelled orders unless the item is faulty. This is due to the non-refundable fees charged to us by our payment and shipping partners.
