Are these potential spam posts or something else?

From what I can tell, they’re Topics that have been started, but are yet (hence the “pending”) to have posts made in them!!!!!

Probably handy when someone is seeking info!!!!!

Lestens/eliminates the chance of a question goin unanswered, or the time frame bein too long!!!!!
