Mike Basich Joins Flow Snowboarding

Flow Snowboarding - San Clemente, California - April 19th 2010

Flow snowboarding is proud to announce that snowboarding legend Mike Basich is now a member of the Flow team. Mike will be riding Flow Boards, Boots, Bindings, pulling his boards through airports with Flow Bags, scrapping wax with Flow Accessories, keeping himself warm with Flow Softgoods, and, well, you get the picture.

Mike Basich was born and raised in Sacramento, California. His first time snowboarding was with his older sister Tina Basich in 1985 at Soda Springs California. He spent 10 years living in Utah riding and shooting photos. He has since moved back to Donner summit where he has been concentrating on shooting action photos for the past 9 years. His roots in the snowboard industry go back to 1986, when he spent his time riding and shooting snowboard and motocross photos. His latest venture has been his clothing company 241 and living on Area 241 in his hand built home.

You may remember Mike from back in the day when he shocked everyone with his clean double backflips or when he acid dropped 130 feet in Alaska from a helicopter.

Mike is riding the NXT-FRX, The One Boa Boot, and Solitude Board in a 161 and 164. Check out snowboard legend Mike Basich in the new Flow Team video, at flow.com, or somewhere steep and deep.
