Desc: Some family came to visit from the Gold Coast, with some fresh falls and it was a nice day to explore the sidecountry in search of unridden bowls. Mission accomplished.

Had go at setting up a few shots of myself at a little rock drop. Took a few go’s to get it right but have got it pretty dialed now. Set the self timer for 10 seconds, activate with the wireless remote once in position and time the drop in for 4 seconds of continuous shooting of 10fps.

Desc: Right around the time of the Antarctic Vortex we were getting fresh dumps almost daily. This became my go-to place for my lunch-break run, guaranteed fresh powder tree runs daily for about a week straight.

Desc: One of those bluebird days you score mid-season on your day off, right after a dump, I remember in this particular bowl the powder was so thick and fluffy when you got to the bottom you got buried in it. Never going to complain about sinking in powder in Australia…
