Hands get tired quickly when holding monopod with back hand. Help!

I can ride with a monopod + gopro in my front hand just fine, but my arm gets tired quickly when I’m holding it with my back hand. Does anyone know of how I can overcome this?

The monopod stretches out to 19”

Seems to me you might be exercising one hand more often than the other wink

^^^ My thoughts exactly ;P haha

Nah, Excercise the other arm, and find a more releaxed position to hold your arm. It’ll jsut be bacause you’re not used to using that particular muscle group.

Some people use a counter-weight below where you hold it, to balance it out. That way you aren’t constantly straining your wrist and arm.

It also will make your footage more steady.

A wrist guard will also help with your problem.
