Generally, aim to do either grin

1:-30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio activity at least five days per week (150 minutes per week)

2:-at least 25 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity three days per week (75 minutes per week)

It really depends on the individual and what your fitness goals are.

Consistency is the key to results.

I do around 45 minutes a session at the gym 3-4 times a week.

But everyone will be different.
