Urgent Poll: Who uses Adblock? (or similar to block banner ads)

Hey guys,

Just need to know this ASAP, as it will effect the design of the site slightly.

How many of you use an adblock program to block banner ads?

Can you see the banner at the top of the page here?

Yes I use some form of adblocking on all of my devices and for multiple reasons (don’t take it as a personal attack on BW)

I don’t use it either. Just wondering how many people do, as it could effect our design.

Not at all mate. Totally understand. Just need to know approximate percentage.

I’m sure I’ve seen banners on the old version of the site (remember 32 lashed and the speaker banners)

However on the current site we have running now, no I can’t see any banners.

I have considered it in the past but don’t get annoyed by them. Currently not running any ad blockers.

I’ve just whitelisted the boardworld.com.au domain in adblock and I can now see the banner add.

I voted no. Only use pop up blockers

I totally run add blocker on my home PC. I still see the adds on my. Work computer and my phone still see the adds.
