Nyjah Sentenced to 3 Years Probation & 200 Hours of Community Service

Avatar

Heavy! This is all in relation to Nyjah’s house parties and riding a motorcycle on private property, so none of the charges are skate-related. From the TMZ article:

“The pro skater appeared in court Wednesday to face a slew of criminal charges—including disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, public nuisance, and trespassing—and hashed out a deal with prosecutors.

“Huston agreed to plead no contest to two misdemeanors—public nuisance and resisting a police officer. In exchange, he was given 3 years probation, ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and the judge dropped everything else.

“Part of his probation includes not being allowed to throw parties at his home from 8 PM to 8 AM. If he violates the order, the judge could revoke his probation and send him to jail.”

Sounds like Nyjah’s neighbours will be rejoicing… pretty heavy if he’s ever arrested for skateboarding in the future, I wonder if it would land him in jail?

Poor neighbours, would have been horrible for them. It would have been like having ice heads running around all week.
