A village ON TOP of the mountain…
Along with Hotham’s exquisite range of snowsports terrain, the village has a massive array of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and accommodation options to suit a huge range of budgets. As a first class resort, groups both small and large can be catered to, and the range of facilities at Hotham are second to none.
Staying at Hotham is a unique alpine experience due to the location of the village toward the summit of the mountain. Most of the accommodation boasts spectacular views from the sweeping Dargo High Plains to the south-west and Mt. Feathertop to the north-east. Ski in/ski out accommodation is available in one of the Hotham Heights houses whilst ski-out accommodation is available in the Davenport Village which also provides excellent access to the Big D and beginner ski areas. The village also boasts a childcare centre, supermarkets, shopping options and all the other amenities you would expect of a modern ski resort.

Terrain Parks
Rail Park - The Rail Park is the most accessible rail park in the Australian snowfields, located right next to Hotham Central. It features a range of intermediate to advanced boxes, rails and jumps. Enjoy a lunch on Swindlers Balcony whilst watching people tackle and do moves off the features.
Summit Terrain Park - The Summit Terrain Park is situated skiers right of the Summit Chairlift. The park features a beginner, intermediate and advanced line of jumps and kickers with rails and features throughout the course. Please note that this park is snow and weather dependant.
Beginner Park - Located at the Big D this is a place where the kids can learn the tricks and what it takes to ride the park in a safe and progressive way. A flat box,beginner jump and easy rails are here to be enjoyed and kick start you on your way to the Basin and Summit parks.

More snow - Snowmaking power at Hotham Alpine Resort has increase by 40% this winter. An additional 22 state of the art high output TechnoAlpin fan snow guns have been installed on hydrant points throughout Hotham’s Heavenly Valley snowmaking network. The additional guns bring the resort’s total snow gun network to 77 high-output fan guns. This coverage across beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain includes 100% gun coverage on Hotham’s signature runs of Imagine, Snake Gully and The Canyon plus key access trails such as Mother Johnson’s Return.

Greener - As a part of Hotham’s ongoing commitment to ensuring continued environmental sustainability, which includes the use of green power for snowmaking and lifts operations. Hotham is also the first ski resort in the world to use recycled water make snow.
Fun for the kids- Hotham is the ideal destination to introduce the little ones to the alpine environment. The Kids Snowzone offers ski programs (for kids 3yrs and up), snowboarding programs (for kids 7 -14 yrs), day care facilities (for kids 3 months to 5 years), a café, retail outlet and it’s the home of Hotham’s lovable snowdragon, Harry and his live stage show.
