What exercise did you do today?

I’m often in a pretty bad mood in winter so my great clinician at https://www.depressionalliance.org/ gave me a strong recommendation to walk daily for at least 1 and a half hours in some area with great scenery like lakes, city parks, etc. so that’s what I did and it’s great!
