great footage. do you reckon they have 2 operators? i would imagine you need a pilot and camera guy. it seemed like the camera had it's own servo's giving it free movement and even zoom capabilities. there is also a quadrocopter which is very stable - solo operator with gopro onboard. it uses nav lights for direction of camera.
