Gmail / local ISP / Live are all better than hotmail for professional purposes and can make it a lot easier to get interviews.

I turned 19 during my first season - so we were/are the same age!
I tell you what tho you guys are lucky you can apply for a visa now. I was one of the ones that had to queue on the first working day of the new year! And when the run out they run out. you had to wait til the next year! (well my mum did LOL I was working in the states... the application said you clear had to be in your home country when applying.... opps)
