Reviving this thread again.

The long and winding road of self discovery in relation to nutrients and health….
I’m doing some research and discovery in relation to the MTHFR gene mutation at the moment.
New Doctor, new ideas.
Diet and supplements getting tweaked again, and after a crappy few weeks from illness and subsequent autoimmune flare - I’m back BABY!  I am feeling better than I have in ages!!
shaka

Only really significant change has been adding methylB12 to my supplement regime….
Interesting.

Tonight I start something even more interesting…low dose naltrexone (not a nutrient, but could be of interest to those with autoimmune issues)... Yes, the same drug used to treat alcohol and drug addiction!  I believe a standard dosage for that is 50mg 3 times a day…whereas I’ll be on 2mg at bedtime.  Bit of a difference wink
It is supposed to block the endorphin receptors for a critical few hrs during the sleep cycle which results in higher endorphin production for the following day, that somehow translates into resetting and strengthening the immune system…  We shall see! (Feel like a guinea pig!)

I’d be really interested to hear how it goes! I’ve worked with people who have used naltrexone for drug and alcohol but never heard it used for anything else. Fingers crossed for some good results!

2 nights in, 2 doses.
So far so good.
Bit of mild nausea during the day yesterday, but could’ve been something I ate…
No stunning radical changes.  I feel pretty good, but was on the incline in health anyway.
Will keep updated.

I just recently started to finally lead a healthier lifestyle. I used to eat in fast food bistro all the time, eat chips at home and drink beer or Coca-Cola and didn’t exercise at all, but now I have a goal. I started dating a girl who looks amazing and goes to the gym. She has an athletic body, and I have a potbelly. So now I try to be active all day, work hard and play sports. I found out in an article https://www.docarzt.com/best-nootropics/ that in order for you to have more energy, you need to take Nootropics. I’ll probably order some tomorrow and try it, because I’m getting very tired.

Since I’ve started working in my current job my days became available to me. I have very flexible schedule. Most of the time I spend at カジノx so that worked out nice for me.
