Australia’s Skatepark Prison
There’s something terribly wrong with the photo above. You can probably spot it. The Nambucca Shire Council has indeed decided to construct a giant barbed-wire fence around the local skatepark, rendering it effectively useless and impossible to enjoy in the way that was intended.
What are you thoughts on this?
What a horrible situation for the skaters who call this skatepark home. I have spoken directly to Chris Hewgill and others trying to battle this injustice. I feel for them and completely support their cause. Boardworld is getting behind this one.
