Stupid spell check yeah BURTON

Hi Guys,
Sorry to reawaken an old thread but I’ve recently been looking at buying a lock for fear of losing my beloved.
Was looking at the Dakine Micro Lock and the Burton Tether lock but the reviews haven’t been the best and I just wanted some opinions.
Any experience/thoughts on these;

Cheers

Welcome to BOARDWORLD, @Invalid_User!

The Dakine lock works really well. It’s super easy to use and compact. Easily fits in your pocket. I prefer this style due to its portability and it also has other uses when travelling, i.e. to lock a backpack or secure luggage etc.

Ahh ok
I was looking at this one but I’ve seen some reviews saying the locks sometimes freeze and stop working ?
Have you ever experienced this ?
Didn’t want to lock up my board only to have to get a wire cutter from the ski shops

Never happened to me. I’ve never heard of it happening either (and we’ve sold hundreds of them). Hope that helps!

Alright, I’m giving it a shot, just bought one of those locks.
Hopefully it keeps the thieves away!
Thanks for your help dude!
